Depending on the selected newspaper and advertisement category, one or more supporting documents may be required.

Examples include:

• Matrimonial Advertisements – Government-issued ID Proof.
• Recruitment Advertisements – Company Letterhead or Business Registration.
• Property Advertisements – Ownership Proof or Authorization Letter.
• Legal Notices – Advocate's Letter or Court Documents.
• Public Notices – Supporting Government or Legal Documents.
• Education Advertisements – Institution Approval or Affiliation Certificate.
• Healthcare Advertisements – Registration Certificate issued by the competent authority.
• Financial Services – Valid Regulatory Registration, where applicable.
• Tender and Auction Notices – Official Tender or Auction Documents.

Additional documents may be requested by the newspaper publisher whenever necessary.

2. Document Verification

Book4Ad verifies documents only for processing purposes. Final acceptance of an advertisement remains subject to the editorial policies of the respective newspaper publisher.

3. Failure to Submit Documents

If the required documents are not received before the newspaper's submission deadline:

• The advertisement may be delayed.
• The advertisement may be rejected by the publisher.
• Cancellation or rescheduling will be governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Customer Responsibility

The advertiser confirms that:

• All submitted documents are genuine.
• The advertiser is legally authorised to use such documents.
• Any false, forged, or misleading document may result in cancellation of the booking without prejudice to any legal rights available to Book4Ad.

5. Privacy of Documents

Documents submitted to Book4Ad are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are used solely for advertisement processing, legal compliance, and publisher verification.
